This course explores the principles of living agelessly through a comprehensive approach that integrates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Participants will learn practical strategies to enhance longevity and create a personalized blueprint for a vibrant, long-lasting life. A major focus of the program is the emerging field of brain-heart coherence.  Course Objectives: - Describe longevity and its key components.  - Design personalized strategies and practices for sustainable well-being.  - Assess areas of our lives where we’re living incongruently with our value systems and how those impact living well  - Create a holistic blueprint for ageless, coherent living with daily routines for balanced life - Define heart coherence, its scientific basis, and its application for personal and professional well-being, performance, health, cognitive function, and longevity - Describe the emotional landscape and how to maximize positive emotion and optimal performance, while diminishing negative emotion and low performance - Describe key scientific understandings of heart rate variability and its importance in overall health and well-being - Describe the Heart Coherence mindset and its relevance to client needs and lifestyle. - Describe functions, features and benefits of heart rate variability feedback technology for self and patients - Demonstrate different breathwork techniques into routines that produce various biochemical, biomechanical, physiological and psychological outcomes to improve health and well-being  Course Outcomes:  1.        Assess when behavior is incongruent with value systems and personal goals 2.        Design their own Ageless Blueprint 3.        Apply tools & strategies for living within your Ageless Blueprint 4.        Describe basic physiology for living in heart brain coherence 5.        Apply different breathing techniques for different physiological and psychological outcomes   Week 1: Introduction to Ageless Living 1. Describe & Demonstrate Breathwork for Physical Health  - Introduction to breath techniques - Exercises for enhancing physical vitality 2.  Discuss “Physical” Longevity Principles for a long, healthy life - Routines to support ageless living (doesn’t have to be exercise as defined by fitness industry. Can be dance, playing musical instruments, painting, singing, etc.). Through roles as diverse as actor, singer, dancer, writer, photographer, facilitator, mentor, business developer, marketing strategist, leadership coach, educator, cancer survivor, double hip replacement survivor, and vitality addict, Bruce has developed tools and life lessons to help anyone in any phase of their growth both professionally and personally.  Bruce was a founding director of the HeartMath Institute and later CEO of HeartMath LLC. Bruce has been on the faculty at Stanford University for more than 25 years, and has mentored executives of Fortune 100 corporations, nurses and health care professionals on four continents, and individuals from all walks of life. He performed more than 800 times in the world’s longest running musical, The Fantasticks, in New York City, and his album of original songs, Renaissance Human, debuted in 2018. Recently, his biological age was calculated at 36.
